Artist Statement

In my opinion, strong and vibrant works are more interesting than idealized depictions of subjects or the fashions of the concept of beauty.

I use the line to exteriorize the rhythms guided by emotions.
I use color to explore deeper layers of a painting.
I use words and compositions to open up a dialogue with the viewer around symptoms of our society.
 
I am moved by subjects around human kind, modern world's habits, identity, emotions and the transformation of energy that happens to people and places throughout life and its episodes.

Our gaze starts from the unique and personal interior, a witness that through art expresses our deepest feelings.
Art for me has the potential of observing things differently and opening doors to imagination, searching for a better world.
