Visits are by appointment.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my purchase if I do not like it?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Can I return a producer or custom work?
Customized products and works are not entitled to exchange or return.
Shipping
How many days does a shipment take?
Shipments are normally made within two or three days of receipt of the order. As Iker personally signs and numbers the plates, if he is traveling, shipment may be delayed, and in such a case, we will notify him by e-mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. And in this case, depending on the country of destination, we apply a supplement for the transport that appears in the check out, where you can see the amount before making the payment.
Can I pick up my order directly at the studio?
Yes, by appointment. Please send an email to contact@ikergarciabarrenetxea.com replying to the order confirmation email to arrange a date and time.
What can I do if the part is in bad condition when I receive it?
If the packaging has arrived in bad condition, please send us an email with a photo of the damage and we will resend it to you. The defective packaging should be returned to the same carrier that delivered the new one.
How are the Art Prints sent?
In a tube, with our experience we have seen that this is the safest way to make a shipment. In the case of originals and framed work, if possible, we send them flat.
I like an original, but I'd like to see it live, can I stop by the studio?
