2. Overview
This website offers original artworks, limited editions and art prints created by the artist. All
purchases made through this website are subject to the present Terms & Conditions.
By visiting this website and/or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these
Terms & Conditions, including all policies referenced herein.
3. Products
All artworks are described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of artistic work, minor
variations in color or appearance may occur depending on screen settings.
Original artworks and limited editions may be available in limited quantities.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in EUR (€).
Pricing and VAT
All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax
(VAT) where applicable, in accordance with EU regulations. Any additional costs, such as
shipping fees or customs duties for international orders, will be clearly indicated before
completing the purchase.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time prior to an order being placed.
5. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:

Klarna (Pay now, Pay in 3 installments, or Pay in 30 days – subject to Klarna approval)
Klarna payment options are offered directly by Klarna and subject to their own terms and
conditions.
6. Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped from Spain.
Stock & Dispatch Times

In-stock items: All products marked as in stock are dispatched within 72 hours after
order confirmation.

Pre-order giclée prints: Some giclée prints are offered as pre-order. When a product
is listed as pre-order, this is clearly indicated on the product page with the notice:
“Please allow up to two weeks for giclée printing prior to shipping.” These items are
dispatched within up to two (2) weeks before shipping.
Estimated shipping times are indicated on the product page or during checkout and refer to
dispatch times only. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.
If an artwork arrives damaged, the customer must notify the seller within 48 hours of
delivery, providing photographic evidence of the damage.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.
6A. International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other fees
may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the
sole responsibility of the buyer.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or for
additional charges incurred during importation.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their
purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Artworks created or modified specifically for a customer (custom or personalized
works)
Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective
or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and
inspected.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting the seller as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return policy will
apply.
9. Accuracy of Information
The seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information on the website is accurate
and up to date. However, errors or omissions may occur.
The seller reserves the right to correct errors and cancel orders if necessary.
10. Liability
The seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of
this website or the purchase of products, except where liability cannot be excluded under
applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Spain.
